Elton Holland (Director)

Elton was born in 1973 in Cape Town. He started his career pioneering various sports related products and then on selling the manufacturing rights to private investors. He later developed a well known sports nutrition brand that attracted various equity partners.

His strong passion for property eventually led him to sell  his equity stake in the company to his partners in 2006 to concentrate full time on property.

Completing his C.I.E.A. in 2006 he initially concentrated on the residential sector in Sandton, Johannesburg. He had fantastic success and won several achievement rewards for residential
sales. He later completed his diploma in property development through the College of People Management and Development.

Elton is passionate about property ,and is a natural deal maker.
